바다를 향한 면뿐 아니라 사방으로 뛰어난 경관을 가진 구릉 위의 대지다.

Approach

가운데를 비운 공간을 중심으로 객실을 바깥으로 두르는 환형 평면을 구상했다. 진입부와 최상부의 고저차를 이용해 저층에 서비스 부분을 두고, 최상부 중앙에는 유리 커튼월로 된 절단된 원뿔형 스카이라운지를 삽입했다.

Overview

A site atop a hill with superb views in all directions, not only toward the sea.

We conceived a ring-shaped plan arranging guest rooms outward around a central void.

Using the level difference between the entry and the top, the low-rise service portion was composed, and a truncated-cone sky lounge of glass curtain wall was inserted at the center of the top.
