지하철 9호선 역사와 맞닿은 사거리 코너 대지다.
Challenge
초역세권의 토지 효율에 부응해야 하는 임대용 건물이라, 건축면적에 비해 층수가 높은 수직으로 세장한 형태가 될 수밖에 없었다.
Approach
세장한 비례에서 인지도를 확보하기 위해 최상층부에 두드러진 이미지를 더했다.
Overview
A rental building on a crossroads corner directly adjoining a Subway Line 9 station.
The prime location demanded a feasibility that maximized land efficiency, so the building rose tall and slender relative to its footprint; to raise its recognizability we added a distinctive image to the uppermost floors.
