Site

지구단위계획이 수립된 곳으로 대지 안에 공개공지와 보행자 통로가 지정되어 외부 동선 계획에 제약이 있다. 전후 깊이가 짧은 대지다.

Challenge

진출입 동선을 분리하면 객석 규모가 줄어드는 조건이었다. 어느 쪽을 택할지가 문제였다.

Approach

동선의 원활함이 영업과 사업성에 직접 영향을 주므로, 객석 규모보다 동선 분리를 우선 고려요소로 삼았다.

Overview

A site under a district unit plan, where public open space and a pedestrian passage are designated within the lot, constraining the planning of external circulation.

The shallow front-to-back depth meant that a plan separating entry and exit circulation would shrink the auditorium, which gave us pause; but since smooth circulation also affects business feasibility, it was applied as the first consideration.
